Chairman of the Board
Robert A. Fabbio, co-Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Secretary, founded WhiteGlove in 2006 before its incorporation in 2007. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Fabbio was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of VIEO/Cesura. Prior to that, Mr. Fabbio was a managing partner of TL Ventures from 1998 to 2001. Among other things, Mr. Fabbio incubated and provided the founding capital to Agere Systems serving as the Chairman of the Board from 1998 to 2000 until the company was sold to Lucent Technologies. Prior to that, Mr. Fabbio was a venture partner with Austin Ventures from 1997 to 1998 where he served as “active Chairman” or interim CEO for various portfolio companies. Mr. Fabbio helped incubate Ventix Systems which was later merged into Motive Communications prior to their public offering. He also founded DAZEL Corporation where he was the Chief Executive Officer. In 1997, DAZEL was acquired by Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Fabbio founded Tivoli Systems in 1989. In 1996, after an initial public offering, Tivoli was acquired by IBM. Mr. Fabbio has also served as a Rochester Institute of Technology Board of Trustees.
Mr. Fabbio received a A.A.S. in Chemistry from Mohawk Valley Community College, a B.A. in Chemistry/Computer Science from SUNY at Potsdam, and a M.S. in Computer Science and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. |

Board Member
Lawrence H. Garatoni has served as a member of WhiteGlove’s board of directors since March 2009. Mr. Garatoni is the Chief Executive Officer of HQ Investments, and has held that position since 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Garatoni served as Chief Executive Officer of several software and internet sales companies, including Achieve Healthcare Technology, FurnitureFind.com, and Winesource.com, between 1994 and 2003.
Mr. Garatoni received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Owner/Presidents Program of the Harvard Business School. |

Malcolm T. Kostuchenko has served as a member of WhiteGlove’s board of directors since February 2011. Mr. Kostuchenko serves as Managing Partner of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. Prior to EEF, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of MTS Health Partners, LP. Prior to MTS, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of KPS Kapital, LLC. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Regency Healthcare, Guardian Healthcare Holdings, Inc., Fitness Together, Inc., Triton Technologies, Correctional Healthcare Management, Inc., NextCare and Santé Rehabilitation.

Board Member
James G. Treybig has served as a member of WhiteGlove’s board of directors since March 2009. Mr. Treybig serves as a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) since August, 2002. Prior to joining NEA, Mr. Treybig founded Tandem Computers and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1974 to 1996. When he retired in 1996, Tandem was a $2.3 billion company employing approximately 8,000 people worldwide.
Mr. Treybig serves on the Board of Trustees of the Seton HealthCare Network in Austin, Texas. Mr. Treybig was recognized by UPSIDE Magazine as one of the “100 People Who Changed Our World” and by Silicon Valley's Software Development Forum for its “2002 Visionaries - Silicon Valley Pioneers”. He was honored for his support of entrepreneurship as a 2008 Austin Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award recipient. Mr. Treybig has received Entrepreneur of the Year awards from both Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School. Industry Week magazine has recognized him with its Excellence in Management award.

Board Member
David Wetherell has served as a member of WhiteGlove’s board of directors since April 2012. Mr. Wetherell is currently Managing Partner at Burrill and Company.
Mr. Wetherell has spent more than 20 years as a CEO in high-tech, as well as 17 years in venture capital, the last seven of which have been dedicated to biotech and life sciences. From 1986 to 2006, he served as both CEO and, later, chairman of CMGI, where he helped build the company from $3 million in annual revenues to more than $1 billion and started the first venture capital firm focused on the Internet, @Ventures. When CMGI, now ModusLink, turned its direction away from the Internet to cleantech venture investing and supply chain management, Mr. Wetherell turned his attention to the life sciences industry. In 2005, he started GBP Capital, a venture capital company focused exclusively on leading edge life sciences. He has received numerous awards, including Ernst & Young's New England Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 and recognition as one of Money Magazine’s Top 25 investors.
Mr. Wetherell currently serves as chairman of Lentigen and sits on the boards of numerous other companies, including HyperMed, Flexible Stenting Solutions, TMune Therapeutics and Quintess.
Mr. Wetherell obtained his BA in Mathematics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an honorary doctorate from Bryant University. |
